Slow Flow Yoga

(please get in touch if you are on a low income or financially struggling as I'd still love to have you join)

Beginners encouraged and I welcome all beings and bodies.

This class is an open level class, also suitable for pregnant people, and I will emphasise where modifications may be helpful in different poses and incorporate some useful breathing exercises.

We will move mindfully, connecting our breath with each movement as we slowly flow from one pose to the next, creating space and cultivating awareness.

I have a few mats and props, but please do bring your own mat if you have one!

Support for pregnant people

Helen believes that yoga is a powerful tool for pregnancy and childbirth. Benefits include improving your physical and mental health, reducing stress and preparing your body for the stages of labour.

Helen is passionate about offering a supportive and empowering space for pregnant people to come as they are and move in a way that feels good in their beautiful bodies and she will share modifications throughout the class that may be helpful for pregnant people.
